Astea offers an intensive four-month paid Fellowship (formerly known as our internship program) for Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, and QA Engineer positions. Every Fellowship Associate signs a contract for the duration of the program, and many receive an offer for full-time employment upon successful completion.

Our program is designed as a team-oriented experience that includes:

Hands-on introductions to the languages, tools, and technologies we use
Individual exercises after each lecture to reinforce new skills
A group project that mirrors a real working environment with multiple roles

Software Engineer

Strong knowledge of key programming concepts such as object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures. Recommended: at least one year of academic study in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.

DevOps Engineer

Experience with Linux and its terminal/commands is essential. Basic understanding of computer networks (e.g., IP addressing, subnetting, DNS configuration) required. Candidates must be eager to learn and grow as DevOps engineers.

QA Engineer

Solid understanding of testing types, QA practices, and processes. Curiosity and willingness to dive into end-to-end automation testing are essential. Experience with automated test implementation is a plus, but not mandatory.
