The system includes Android, iOS, and web applications that allow a patient to talk to a certified physician by phone or video. The system walks patients and physicians through every step of the process – from booking, through examination, to prescription.

Astea is working on enhancing several aspects of the platform, among which a better user experience for care providers, localization changes, and mobile app enhancements.
