Astea is enhancing a system for online medical consults on behalf of a leading tele-healthcare provider.
The system includes Android, iOS, and web applications that allow a patient to talk to a certified physician by phone or video. The system walks patients and physicians through every step of the process—from booking, through examination, to prescription.
Astea is working on enhancing several aspects of the platform, among which a better user experience for care providers, localization changes, and mobile app enhancements.
The product is a live system that is used by patients daily and is being constantly updated with new features and capabilities.
