Astea Solutions developed a healthcare application for Zelis Inc. that guides insurance plan members towards proactive self-care, thus improving their health and reducing the payor’s expenses. The application includes a robust reusable REST API, flexible authentication mechanisms, and responsive web applications, meeting industry standards regarding security and accessibility. Astea worked closely with product owners to define requirements and design the user experience from scratch. We also participated actively in the integration of the product into the existing Zelis ecosystem in collaboration with other Zelis teams.
